Dunwoody Problem with Mold Damage

The tray and tiled flooring of this shower stall in Dunwoody were not water tight. The accumulation of water resulted in a weakened substructure requiring a rebuild of the damaged area illustrated in the Before Photo. Fixing the leakage with a new base, correctly installed by our construction crew, resolves this problem. We spray the exposed areas with an antifungal agent to help prevent mold infestations in the stall floor and the walls.
